The Role

• Contact clients and potential clients to determine their eligibility and interest in claiming the R&D (Research and Development) tax credit.
• Update our databases with relevant information.
• Generate potential leads.
• Follow up on potential leads (e.g., via email, calls, etc.).

Requirements

• Experience in telemarketing/sales.
• Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent telephone manner and call handling.
• Basic computer literacy, including Google Docs and Microsoft Office.
